Local Minority Women Initiative

The Expansion Project's Local, Minority and Women-Owned Business Initiative is a supplier enhancement effort focusing on the use of Local, and MWBE (minority and women business enterprises) in meeting this project's demands for products and services. Additionally, this activity seeks to identify, develop and grow LMW enterprises beyond our current project opportunities. This will in turn contribute to long-term supplier competitiveness and a stimulated economy.

Our mission is "to work with our neighbors in Port Arthur to create a more dynamic, vibrant, and secure community through economic opportunities for local, minority and women-owned businesses as a part of the Motiva Port Arthur Refinery Expansion Project.
